The AWS International Water Stewardship Standard (the AWS Standard) is the globally-consistent framework for implementing water stewardship, helping major water users to understand and improve their water use in the context of a catchment. Conformity with the AWS Standard enables credible recognition of meeting international best practice. The Foundation and Advanced Training in the AWS Standard program runs across 2 half day courses that will equip water management and sustainability professionals with the knowledge they need to implement or promote water stewardship in their operations. Specialist Training in the AWS Standard

The AWS Specialist and Auditor Training Program is a one-day course for people seeking accreditation as AWS accredited auditors, consultants and trainers. From an auditor’s perspective this course examines the requirements of the AWS verification processes. For specialists it will examine the value proposition for water stewardship compliance and the business case for water stewardship. This course is accredited and
recognised by AWS as meeting the Level 3 requirements for professionals seeking accreditation as an AWS accredited auditor, consultant or trainer.
