Management planning to meet sustainability certification standard
Most sustainability standards require some form of management planning or system. The requirements of the standards often stipulate what should be in the plans. More often than not operations fall into a trap of producing discrete management plans rather than looking at their current operations and documentation to satisfy the required management planning or systems elements. By following a simple analytical process it’s possible to produce a plan consisting of very few pages that meets the requirements of the standard. Then by following some simple conventions it is possible to link parts of the existing system to that plan by reference to other documents within the operations existing business.
In this way Pinnacle Quality can help you develop a simple plan to meet sustainability certification standard.
